A Tulane Executive MBA graduate, Carder has held senior leadership roles in globally recognized companies, including VP of Global Business Development for Theodent, where she led a Shark Tank-featured product to international acclaim. Her unique career path also includes producing independent film with Gravitas Ventures, spearheading national CPG product launches, and directing mergers, acquisitions, and commercialization strategies for innovation-driven firms.

Her expertise spans brand storytelling, strategic business growth, and high-profile teambuilding—with a deep commitment to creating aligned, high-frequency organizations.
Whether advising Fortune 100 executives or launching disruptive health technologies, Carder brings both analytical precision and intuitive leadership to every engagement.

In addition to her professional work, she is a passionate advocate for wellness, creativity, and conscious leadership. She has served as a judge and mentor in innovation competitions, and she holds a Brown Belt in Kung Fu and certification as a yoga instructor—evidence of her belief in the power of mind-body integration. Today, Carder channels her expansive expertise through Harmonic Edge, a firm she co-founded to fuse strategic consulting with frequency-based transformation, helping organizations recalibrate from the inside out.

With nearly two decades in software sales and the last ten years focused on preserving history for government agencies, museums, archives, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals, Brandy Adams brings a unique blend of high-level executive experience and intuitive insight to her work.

A former endurance athlete and lifelong student of yogic and esoteric traditions, Brandy deepened her formal training in 2018 and has since facilitated energetic transformations for friends, family, and broader audiences. She has studied under teachers in sound, reiki, yoga, esoteric teachings and guided meditation. Brandy received Reiki 1 & 2 attunements in Usui Holy Fire from Divine Spark in 2018,
then Master attunements in 2021. ~ Classes with Maureen St. Germain (2018), Melissa Virtue (2018), Jerhoam (2018-2019), Nick Lasky (2018-2021). Brandy is a certified Holographic Sound Healer level two, with Dr. Paul Hubbert in 2021.

She completed 200hr yoga teacher training with Sattva Yoga Academy in 2021 online enhancing a 25 year personal yoga practice ~ RYT200 with Yoga Alliance. Brandy traveled to India for the Embodying Dharma retreat in 2022 at Sattva Yoga Academy. In 2023-2024 studying locally in Virginia with the Bon Tibetan lineage under Tenzin Wangal Rinpoche and His Holiness the 34th Menri Trinzin. During this time continuing studies with AnandJi through Sattva Connect but deepening wisdom with the Bon Tibetan culture. Countless hours reading and studying about these modalities. ​I am excited to share my realized abilities with others who want to explore a deeper calm within, presence of being, and clarity in daily actions for elegant living.

Today, she bridges the gap between corporate leadership and consciousness work—empowering organizations to thrive through energy alignment, mindfulness, and transformational strategy.

Carder and Brandy reconnected in 2019 after meeting for the first time in 2007 and realized they were aligned in mission and began to ask how to be of service to others.
